The tone and the flow say a bunch in this one. First, the tone seems to be not nearly vitriolic enough to convey true hate of the subjects, but it also seems not to be altruistic enough to seek to help the subject to learn better behavior. The flow is somewhat prose-like, indicating that the ideas being told are not some deep contemplations of the poet/speaker's soul, but simple obvious truths. The idea here seems not to be "I despise you!," but it appears to be "You're despicable <shrug>." Shame it had to be titled- that gives too much away. Thanks for sharing, Venus. : )
