It's an omlette =D
Ingerients:
3 eggs
water
olive oil
thinly sliced salami (I reccommend the Dutch flavoured stuff)
crumbled feta cheese (bulgarian or greek is best if you can find it)
sliced capsicum
a pan
something to flip with
a bowl
a fork
How To:
Ok, first of all crack the three eggs into a bowl and add about a tablespoon of water (it makes it fluffy).
Then whisk it until it's smooth (you can use a fork).
heat up a tablespoon or two of oil in the pan.
Pour in the eggs.
Wait until the bottom of the omlette is firm but the top is still runny.
Lay out the feta, capsicum and salami on one half of the omlette then flip other half of omlette on top, so now you've got only half an omlette.
Wait until inside is firmly cooked and serve =D
Of course you can make it with anything you like and any way you like but that's just what I had for breakfast, so yeah
