Favourite things like Music, Authors etc..


My Favourite musician at the moment is Micheal Buble swing music is always good for the soul, I also every much enjoy Keith Urban's music some slow some upbeat..

My favourite Author's havent changed over the years.. Dean Koontz and Stephan King are great but my absolute Favourite is James Patterson nothing like the imaginiation that he can produce with his storys on crime..


So Who or what are your favourite things?

Uhm. My fave things..

I'm not that much of a reader, so I've only read a few books.
I really like Patricia Cornwell. Her Scarpetta series was fantastic!!
I'm one of those people who needs to have a great book, or else I give up. These books were really good and I was hooked on them. LOL


Music...
I have fads on songs mostly. At the moment, I'm really liking Brooke Fraser's songs. I'm putting "without you" on my new myspace layout. I love it.

I have to agree with Kar - swing is good for the soul. I tend to listen to a lot of the old classic rock (Led Zeppelin, The Who, The Rolling Stones etc) as well as music from the grunge era (Nirvana, STP, Pearl Jam etc). Overall, anything I can see myself playing along to is good. As far as authors go I'm a fan of Wilbur Smith and J.K. Rowling has a good writing style, although she steals a lot from Lord Of The Rings. Other random favourite things: Lava lamps, the colour green, gummy bears, pandas, sleeping in, jamming with the band, passing the rare exam and tea - I love tea. Well that about covers it.

I also forgot to mention that umm as of Thursday night Thirsty Merc is also added in a favourite band. was a great night and the music was awesome..
adding in things as well.. I also adore karate (it can be graceful if done right) meditation, PINK!!/black and purple.. but ya lknow TENNY!! PINK ROCKS!!
I also adore poetry.. writing has a therapetic(sp) thing with me.. sometimes what I write is crap but others it is really good< according to people.. I dont know I dont like what I write most of the time.. im just lucky I have Tenny to read them for me before I post them anywhere haha
