There is a silence in me
Caged Keyed and chained to me
Blank screaming eyes glaring at me
Nothing but my own heart and mind in me.
Beautiful UN broken Thoughts Lay past
Greater deeper then the oceans ah vast
Desperate words that wont ever last
Bare my memories of future and past.
Tears sink into my weathered hands
Slowly graying of white silvery strands
Days of hard rock left by soft smooth sand
To escape my heart I lay this sad desperate man.
