Here is a sauce you might like to try if you are doing fried mince with rice..
a nice amount of soy sauce, a dash of sweet chilli sauce, a squeeze of tomato sauce and a little cap of vinegar.. cook ya mince first then pour that sauce mix onto it.. let it simmer while you wait for the rice to cook.. it is a HUGE hit in my house. :-D

Another recipe

Puff pastry, grated cheese, and a jar of vegemite.

cut your pastry into quarters
thinly spread some vegemite on it
sprinkle with cheese
roll up and bake in a med oven till puffed and golden

Kids love it

I've never heard of that, or had it. What exactly is in it?

Oh its soooo good, idk if you guys have tacos there or not, but its a layer of doritos, then taco meat, which is basically hamburger scrambled and seasoned with onion, garlic, chili powder, paprika, cumin and salt, then shredded cheese, then soft tortilla shells, then more chips, then more meat, and topped with tomatos, peppers, cheese etc... then you cook it, i usually add lettuce and sour cream after its cooked, its sooo yum. I also made a banana cream pie :P

Hi and welcome :) it is a useful one People just need to add more, can only try thing several times before they get boring :P

in saying that.

I get pissed off with the stir fry vegies not having a decent amount of sauce in them so along with the stuff that is provided.
I add in a good amount of garlic, nice dash of soy sauce, same with chili sauce and tomato sauce and a small cap of vinegar.

Smells declicious and tastes even better.
