inappropriate kline

I was klined from junglespot because another user had spammed members of her rooms in p2p the URL to my own personal server. I cannot control what other chatters do, though i can urge them not to do so. I had done so 2 nights prior to said person entering my chat room. said person had admitted she wanted to no longer take part in chatting on junglespot due to a falling out between her and another person, i offered her my server as a home. She had said she would spam her MSN to encourage her friends to follow here there, but she also spammed the server (without my knowledge or approval). I find that i am in no way liable for her doing so, and ask that the server ban placed upon me be removed asap. there is vicarious liability i suppose, but i had no way of knowing she would spam junglespot with my servers url. vicarious liability would only apply if i had full knowledge of her intentions to commit said crime and did nothing to prevent her, which is NOT the case. When found that an admin was looking for me, i immediately followed their directions and p2p'd them. This admin said i would be let off this time. Later this same admin said another admin wanted to talk to me. when i had returned later, the second admin p2p'd me and left me no room to defend my position, but accused me personally of spamming and immediately klined me (now again, this is AFTER the fact, AFTER things were said and done). This is completely inappropriate. All i ask is that my kline (not the person who spammed the junglespot server) be removed effective immediately. PLEASE AND THANKS. ANNABELLA

ALSO, a user who is friend of the admin who klined me came onto my server and not only broke MULTIPLE rules, disrespected me AND posted my FULL ip address in the main room. How would said person have gotten my entire ip address? i also expect this matter to be taken care of as well. Ever since, i have been losing internet connection (also known as being hacked) on multipleinstances. Completely inappropriate and an abuse of power. In actual fact you should have klined the user who spammed your server on Junglespot, It is unacceptable, And this forum isn't a place to bitch.

All i ask is that my kline (not the person who spammed the junglespot server) be removed effective immediately. PLEASE AND THANKS. ANNABELLA

Also demanding that it be removed isn't the right way to go about it.
