Can't Connect to Chat.

Is there a reason that alot of us can't connect to the chat. We have tried Java and mIRC. If we are klined can you please let us know the reason. Thanks.

I didn't even notice the java crashed. I just did a restart should be up in a few min. The server was still running so it didn't send me a down alert.
