Go with gymnastics, keeps you very fit and very flexible.

At least they dont call it 'cheer' anymore, now its considred a 'dance' squad, though in reality its just people out there stripping for the croud *At least in my town!*

Gymnastics or hip hop, wich do you like more? I mean its really based on that and nothing else, you could choose one and do the other as a past-time, A hobby as such.

Could probably switch if you dont like it.
